How long is my rate valid?
60 minutes from the moment you confirm the order. The fixed receive amount applies when the exact requested deposit is detected on the correct network, with any required memo or tag, before that deadline.
What if I send the wrong amount, or send it late?
The fixed receive amount no longer applies. Those cases are handled by hand rather than automatically, so keep your tracking link: it is the only reference to your order.
How do I find my order again?
Through the tracking link created with your order. Save it: it is the only way back to your deposit instructions and status.
Do you store my IP address?
The application does not persist raw IP addresses. It stores what running an order requires. Transaction visibility depends on the asset and network. Rate limiting happens at the network edge rather than in a stored log.
